The Ministerio de Educación Nacional (MinEducación) publishes, for each of Colombia’s ~1,120 municipalities and each school year since 2011, the core indicators of preschool, primary and secondary education: the population aged 5 to 16 and how much of it is enrolled, net and gross coverage, and the share of pupils who drop out, pass, fail or repeat a grade, overall and by level (transición, primaria, secundaria, media). About 15,700 municipality-years. Filter by a municipality’s or a department’s DIVIPOLA code, by year, or by name.
The whole source, organized and ready to query: every endpoint on this page answers in milliseconds. Every response carries as_of: how current the data is. How datasets work.
