> ## Documentation Index > Fetch the complete documentation index at: https://docs.usecroma.com/llms.txt > Use this file to discover all available pages before exploring further. # SII Property by Rol > Retrieve one Chilean property's public record from SII's property map by its rol (`comuna`, `block` = manzana, `lot` = predio): the avalúo fiscal for the current half-year (total, afecto and exento, in pesos), address, destino, land and built surface, latitude and longitude, the valuation period and process, and the homogeneous area the land is valued in. `comuna` is SII's own code (Santiago `13101`, Providencia `15103`, not INE's) or the comuna's name. The first ask of a rol reads SII; later asks within 30 days answer from Croma's stored answer (`served_from`).
